This private reference page identifies the official Panola County clerk channels for a court docket, hearing setting, or copy request. The court or clerk that holds the case, rather than this site, is the source for case-specific assistance and official records.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Panola County Court Docket cannot pull case records, change a setting, seal a file, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Contact the responsible clerk or court for each of those actions.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Panola County court records are held by different custodians. Start with the case type and court. Circuit felony, major civil, and appeal records go to Circuit Clerk Heather Turner. Chancery domestic, probate, estate, guardianship, land, and commitment matters go to Chancery Clerk Katie Ragon. Justice Court and municipal matters remain with their own court channels.

  • A Circuit docket sheet or filed record: use MEC/PAMEC if eligible, or contact the Circuit Clerk.
  • A Chancery case record: contact the Chancery Clerk; the land index is not a general case search.
  • A court date: confirm it with the clerk that holds the case after checking the court calendar.
  • A certified copy: specify the document and request certification from the record custodian.
  • A Justice or municipal matter: use the citation or case number to contact that local court, not Circuit MEC.
